Very bad experience from customer support.

Skin is quite good. But I am not able to cancel my order. Actually I decided to buy two skin after ordered. But in layers site there no option of cancel order. And i also reached to customer support but they are answering me after my product delivered. Veryy bad experience with Layers. Not expected.
