Your customer service team is worst in the world. Once Vijay Mallya can respond to sbi tweet but your arrogant service advisers cant. Just disgusting. Thinking how you guys compare yourself to international brands.

Quality - Excellent
Drawback- Only covers back of the phone, doesn’t cover side, had it covered sides also, would have been a great package
Feedback- Ease of application should have been provided, a normal person finds it hard to paste the skin due to the orientation issues, come what May a 1st time user may not fix and align it properly on the back of the phone, it could be resolved, if some supporting device was provided wherein we could place the phone and it could affix the skin, for example many tempered glass companies are providing some base where if we put the phone and pull one cover, it automatically affixes the tempered glass, pls think over it, a person spending a lakh for IPhone may not hesitate spending 100-200 bucks more for such a device, you may sell the same separately too. Guys think over it, by and large you are doing great job, further if you could provide customised skins it would be an added advantage for your growth.
