OnePlus 11 5G Empowher

I ordered the item for my phone and it was very much needed for me, unfortunately the delivery guy didn't deliver it. On the day of the delivery he did call by 2 PM of the afternoon stating that he called me to deliver my product by morning but as i checked, there wasn't any calls from his side. Upon further questioning him, he seem to give vague replies and then concluded saying he will deliver the product the following next day by 11 AM. I called him several times the next but the delivery agent never seem to pick up the calls. After several calls he finally did pick up and was extremely rude and told me to get the product picked up myself. What's the point of ordering online and opting for Cash on Delivery mode if my delivery agent denies his duties and disrespects his customer so badly. He and I both had verbal confrontation for 1 hour over the phone where he seems to be mocking me to not get my product to me and basically ran and blocked me upon stating an FIR on this will be concluded. I tried reaching out to your customer support for this but to no avail. I'm never going to order from layers again. Advise: Tie up with premium delivery companies who's work standard and ethics are top notch and respected. Because of this delivery agent, as a company you guys lost INR 700 approx and I didn't get my beloved product. Hope this helps for further customers in the near future.
